BASIC REVIEW I

This exercise revises subject, object and possessive adjectives; prepositions; question words; quantifiers; there is/there are; vocabulary and description. It's based on the book "English in Mind", from Cambridge University Press. Previously you may ask your students to complete a table with subject pronouns, object pronouns and possessive adjectives.

1- Complete with a subject, an object pronoun a possessive adjective. Circle the verbs in the sentences:

5- Add there is or there are to the following sentences.

7- Describe two classmate who are sitting next to you. Say his/her age, eye colour, hair style, the things he/she like/doesn’t like, where he is from, his/her favourite band/singer/, etc. Use page 47 (student’s book) to help you.
